Step 1

Add products to your order list

Got to Shop an browse our online product catelogue. You can add any products to your order list by simply selecting quanitity and clicking on Add To Cart. 


Step 2

Submit your order list

Once you have added all products to your order list, click on the basker icon in the bottom right corner and then on Place Order. We will ask you for some company details the first time you order. 

Step 3

Confirm your order 

One of our agents will be in touch to confirm your order by means of a Pro Forma invoice. Once you are all set, we will arrange delivery of your order.

How to I start ordering online?

We will need to set up an account for you before you can order from us. Please email us at with your company details in order for us to get you started. We will confirm the creation of your account via email which will also include a username and password which you can use to submit your order. 

Do i need to log in each time i order?

Yes, your account hosts all your details which means you will have to log in each time you order.  

how to i find the products i'm looking for?

All our products have been divided into categories: Beef, Chicken, Pork, Seafood Dairy Products, Dried Products, Sushi Products and Other. Simply click on a category to view all products in that category. 

how do I cancel an order?

If you have submitted an order that you want to cancel, simply send an email to and include your order number. Please include in your email if you want to cancel the whole order or only parts of it.
